Hello.
It's midnight now and I can't sleep.
Probably due to my bad habit of sleeping late during this holiday.
I should really tune back my body clock before school starts.
Somemore it's a fresh start at a junior college..
Maybe it is when midnight then I start to get sensitive and have a lot of thoughts.
Seriously,
reminiscing my years in secondary school,
especially the year which I turn sixteen, gave me goosebumps.
Then I had a conclusion.

Teenage years are awkward.

Thinking that you're someone when you're no one.
Thinking that you can handle things and your own emotions but you can't.
Thinking that the you have grown up but in fact, no.

Not that I have already gone through the stage of teenager awkwardness.
As a teen, there are many things I have faced or am facing.
Especially the unstable emotions and crazy pms which can make you feel like the person that's least worth in this world.
Getting super self conscious,
resulting to closing yourself from others.

To add on further, parents who don't understand at all which gives you even lower self esteem.

I guess this is a stage for one to get more mature emotionally and in thinking wise because of all the things one went through.
One will learn to appreciate things in life.
One knows that life is never a bed of roses.
One will know to act responsibly.
One will then live life to the fullest.

Like the ugly duckling before turning into a beautiful swan,
Or caterpillar before transforming into a butterfly.

We all peak at different times and if you peak at the right time, you will shine beautifully.
Just like what Tyra Banks said.

For a long period of time, I have been so called chasing and looking forward to this ultimate happiness.
Then I have realized that it's the moments that I'd been through make up the puzzle of happiness.

I once thought happiness is like an end point of all these unhappiness, uncertainty, dissatisfaction and all..

I may not know what's the super, ultimate, supercalifragilisticexpialidocious, and perfect happiness, as it differs for many.

Now, for me, true happiness is to be able to live every moment truly. Embrace both good and the bad because I understand life cannot be perfect all the time. But, how many of us is able to do so?

I injured my foot today.
I was at the beach with my friends
Stepped on some sharp thing
Got a cut
And was bleeding profusely.
My whole foot was red.
My friends clothes had my blood stain and their hands are covered with my blood.
I'm really amazed at the amount of blood flowing out..
Anw, went to Alexandra hospital, got two jabs and stitches.
Every step I take now is so freaking PAINFUL.
I used to take everything for granted when I wasn't injured.
I can do my laundry as per normal, go to the fridge to get stuffs and so on.
Now, even walking to the kitchen seems to take a painful amount of effort.
So I wasn't the type that give up so easily.
I admit that I'm stubborn.
I tried to do my laundry after I came back.
It used to be a five min work.
Now, I have to take like 20 min and I sweat like mad after I finished my laundry.

Lesson learned .

went universal studio again today
I had a total of 9 roller coaster rides:xx

4 rides for revenge of mummy
2 rides for the fairytale dragon thing
3 SCI FI GALACTIC RIDES:DD

the galactic rides were so shiok!
took 1 red track(human) and 2 blue track(cylone)
v.
the red one was like any other roller coaster, up down acceleration.
the blue one was the awesome part man:)
one ride got 5 upside down
plus the seats are like hanging down from the track and swaying here and there
and and so many twisting:p
wah
mind really turned blank for some moments..
I only dare to open my eyes when I took my second ride:)
and because Lixue don't want accompany me..
I'd been single rider throughout all 3 rides:x

I went on the fairy dragon track thing after I ate my lunch
and I felt like throwing up during the ride:x

I still feel pretty giddy.
it's a good way to forget things that should be long forgotten.

Ecareer guidance day today
the first half of the day was spent on listening to three talks in the hall
my poor legs.
then recess
after recess was two talks in classrooms
went for the SP applied science and NYJC

went down to get brochures after listening to all those talks
my friends totally dissed some people who gave them weird sign up form for polytechnic camp thing
whatever it is.

Timeline was flooded with news of the Tokyo disaster.
it was so scary
made me realized life is as fragile as butterfly wings.
don't ever take things for granted

I pray for japan
I hope masuda is alright now.

I forgot how happiness should be like.
For now, I don't want to think any further.

Monday
went to give out flyers for the food drive thing w Doreen at fernvale estate
I was scared the hell off

the first unit we saw has red paint all over
it's really creepy
and so we went down to the next storey and there's a mad dog barking outta nowhere
freaked the hell outta me

as we continued to walk down
to the second storey
we saw loan shark things on the wall and the unit no.
so the next day mr neo told my group not to knock their door for any food collection
cause they won't even have extras for themselves..

I had my dinner just now
so I'll take some time for digestion before I throw myself to the pile of hmwk.

i did some thinking and soul search recently.

I remembered when I was sec 3 I used to look forward to sec 4
because it's gonna be our graduating year

Noe I'm a sec 4 and I'm missing sec 3 life.
ironic huh.

although the first half of the year I was busy adapting to the busy sec 3 life
then for the next half of the year
i sorta commit myself to all those
or maybe I had adapted in.

now I miss sec 3 life
I miss the times when none of the teachings can go into my head for those periods before recess
and all I look forward to was recess
I miss those times when I actually have something to look forward to
i miss those times when a little of something could brighten up my day

but sec 4 isn't too bad
at least we are gonna graduate soon
and my class has never been so united before sec 4 year
